I guess these guys wont stop until people stop eating up their repetitive drivel. They really epitomize the "generic metal band " sound.

Well, considering they've been going at it for over 20 years and still have a very rabid fanbase, I doubt they're going anywhere anytime soon.

And how do you figure they "epitomize generic metal band sound"? Admittedly their stuff without J Mann (Savior Sorrow and Beautiful Stories For Ugly Children) are a little generic, which is why I don't particularly like that period of the band. But everything with J Mann is rather unique, including this album.

I'd love to see a list of all these "generic metal bands" whom they sound so much like that they epitomize the very sound of them...
