Carach Angren - Unveil New Lyric Video, New Album Details

Carach Angren finally unveiled more about their new album. In fact, the band has revealed that their fourth full-length is called This Is No Fairy Tale. If you are curious to know more, check out the album cover artwork and tracklist below. But wait, there is more! The symphonic black metallers are also streaming a new lyric video for the track "There's No Place Like Home." Costin Chioreanu designed the video for the song. Album pre-orders are now available over here. The release of This Is No Fairy Tale is set for the 23rd of February 2015 (24th of February in the US) through Season Of Mist.

Since Costin Chioreanu created the video, and if you like his artwork, you might want to know that the hardcover book Magic As A Golden Mean, which is a selection of mixed media artworks by the Romanian artist, will be launched at Roadburn Festival in Tilburg, The Netherlands in April 2015. He has produced work for the likes of Darkthrone, Ulver, At The Gates, Triptykon, and Opeth.

Nothing black metal about the band anymore. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but the new song is a little gimmicky. They can definitely do better.

Calling it a lyric video is insulting! Better than 9 out of 10 music videos these days.
Song is fucking fantastic as well, even with the cheesy lyrics.

Like the music but the lyrics are pretty awkward... Why cant they just sing about hauntings in the 17th century again??? Is another Lammendem too much to ask for?
