Beards. Moustaches. 20 mm gauges. Tattoo sleeves and sleeveless shirts. Total package. But who cares, seriously? I'm not like a certain woman who judges a whole bunch of people based on looks and stereotypes. So far, I've heard a lot about Krokodil because of its line-up, but no one's ever talked about the actual music. Let's fix that right now.

I wasn't particularly into them when I saw them supporting Mastodon, but saw positive things said about this album in several places so decided to give it a go. Not amazing, but pretty enjoyable, and I feel like something about their live show (probably the sound more than anything) sold them a little short in terms of the melody and structuring of their music
