Ahab - Release Video For New Song
German nautic metallers Ahab have taken their sweet time to reveal a song from their new album The Boats Of The Glen Carrig. Eager fans can now hear the tune "Like Red Foam (The Great Storm)", the first song revealed so far. It's in the form of a video created for the effect by Florian Hennefarth. Take the plunge into the 7-minute track below and share your impressions.
Their new album is an interpretation of William Hope Hodgson's novel "The Boats Of The Glen Carrig" and this particular track is "about the part of the book when the small lifeboats of the Glen Carrig's crew get caught in a mighty storm."

Now they sound like Cult Of Luna, except for the guitar distortion. I read the rest of the album is slower, though. Great track.
