Tyrant Of Death - Ion Legacy

Pretty decent cybery industrial stuffs. Very drum-oriented, instrumental, quite dancey at points but still heavy and dark. Obviously going for a different thing compared to the previous album. Didn't blow me away though. I think I'd probably opt for a Necro Deathmort record over this particular one.

Really dissapointed in this after my hopes might have been placed too high from last year's crusher. I knew going in that it would be instrumental like the previous albums, just thought it would have more punch.

The first two or three songs are just full-on fun heavy electro kinda thing, from which it then gets a bit more diverse and willing to try things out. I guess the tail end has the more notable stuff as far as being distinct goes, but it's those fun early songs that got me hooked on the album, I wish there'd been a couple more of them even if I do like some of the other ones.

Decent is a good word to describe this. Ah, well. At least I still have the awesome previous two albums.
