Going to buy. Sorry, guys, this band is just that crazy good, and if they have Asphodel... I might just have a heart attack.

I miss the operatic choirs, but it's a good album

Looks like that we we have to draw a line between old Penumbra works and new album. Era 4.0 provides a lot of energy but the atmosphere from previous albums is gone. I didn't like the computer modulated voice. Insidious and Eerie Shelter are best tracks imo. In overall it is ok but nothing extraordinary.

12 years for that? They might as well have changed the name of the band...

The male "vocals" really ruin this album.

OMG I didn't expect this one from Penumbra...
Seclusion is crazy good I have never believed they could ever come close to create another masterpiece like it. I guess they felt the same way and came up with Era 4.0. The music is refreshing and the composition is astounding. Since Seclusion I have been exposed to different genres including electronic, maybe that explains why I dig this one so much. I haven't been this excited about a new metal album for a long time
