Absolute classic. Back in the '81 this must have been pure hardcore metal at its sincerest possible form, years ahead of its time. There sure are bands and albums more brutal than this these days, but the sheer intensity and rapid fire of quality killer riffs Riot offers haven't lost their touch of death over the years.
