Papantoniou, 39, of Stratford, also was found guilty of first-degree burglary and criminal possession of a firearm. When he is sentenced May 26th, he will face up to 90 years in prison.
The 12 Superior Court jurors began deliberations Wednesday afternoon but within about an hour asked to re-hear the testimony of Papantoniou; William Coutermash, who said he remained in his car while Papantoniou got into a fight with Dildy; Dildy's widow; and her daughter.

Papantoniou testified in his own defense near the end of his trial, claiming the gun went off accidentally during a struggle and that he found out Dildy died after seeing it on the news.
