omniscient means to be all-knowing or godlike.... in this case, more godlike, because dio will forever be this, to me.

really? why is it fun anyway? I am appalled by your remark. Be happy no one dear or close to you died, or you would never think such things.

Dio is one of those artists who just does not deserve to be made fun of. He has constantly made good music and he is one of the best vocalists in rock/metal music.

Actually, I have. Also, I guess you just don't share my morbid sense of humor. It's funny because they're dead, it's "not pc" and because it gives you so much more material to work with (most of the time, at least.)

Besides, Dio isn't someone who was close to me. I've never met the guy, never sat down with him for coffee and didn't really care for his music anyways.

Even simpler. The word Dio means God

Great unbored cover.
I love his music and respect him immensely. But it's stll okay to make fun him. Like it's okay to make fun of everyone. Living, dead, dying, whatever.

And I don't see any mocking in this unbored cover anyway.

More like a tribute to the man, who called himself God.

The whole attitude " making fun of the dead/dying is better" bothered me I guess.

I guess that's pretty understandable.
