SRL is a band which comes from Italy. They use to play a very "old" good Thrash Metal since 1992. They are not newcomers of course and that's really easy to feel that this band knows how to play its music? "In Memoria Temporis" is the new MCD of the band, a very good and surprising album of Thrash Metal with and that's original, lyrics in Italian?

I can understand Italian, then it was not a big problem for me to understand the messages that the band gives through this album. SRL read "Società A Responsabilità Limitata" [Limited Liability Company] is a band engaged which talks about the life of every days, and of course of all its problems. The fact that a band sing in Italian is for me a really good thing, after all even if of course English is certainly the best language when you want to sing some Metal songs, I really like, and really think that it's also possible to sing, in French, Spanish, German, Italian or anything else, at least that's original and sometime, SRL prove it, very good and just perfect for a musical style.
An what about their music, well that's just very nice, a good Thrash a bit dark but really powerful near of Melo-Death Metal sometime, like on the song "2000 Anni Dopo Cristo" with a great riff worthy of a band like The Haunted. Musically all the songs of the band are really catchy, again the vocals in Italian with a really good singer give something special to this band, something a bit disturbing the first time but really interesting and at the end with the quality of all the musicians something that's just more than good.
Great, riffs, great drums, great guitar solo or line of bass, you could even have a really little background done by the keyboards which support the melody. That's well done, that's a serious work and well as you can understand it, at the end we have something really good. "In Memoria Temporis" is not a revolution musically but really that's a real pleasure to listen to all this tracks which will give you the feeling that you should absolutely do some headbangs?
This new release of the band is a MCD, then only six tracks and 28mins of music on it, well that's maybe my unique deception with this album, because when I see the potentiality of the band I really think that they could have the luck to do a real album. They deserve it really, because of their talent of composition but also because the production of this album is really good and prove to us that this is the time to have a real album maybe?

SRL is a really nice surprise in the world of Thrash Metal, the Italian combo through their last release "In Memoria Temporis" prove that good Thrash is also present in Italy, and I really recommend it to all the ones who are curious to listen to some Metal in Italian and of course to all the ones who like Thrash metal and want something a bit original for their ears.
I really hope now [and I wish good luck to them for that?] that the band could send me soon their first real release, believe me they deserve to have to have the luck to do that?
