I listened to the first couple of songs and thought it sounded good, but somehow it didn't grab my attention enough for me to finish the album. Your review made the album sound very promising to me! I'll listen to it in full this time, and I look forward to the catchy songs! Topping "Stalingrad" from their debut would be quite the feat!

Tracks 5 and 6 are the proper gems on this album. It doesn't top Cherno but it's also in a very different style. It took me a few listens to have it sink in but by now I think the riffs are excellent and the choruses are so catchy it's not even funny. Give it a few spins and it'll surely grow on you (but don't expect Cherno).

Yea they got more catchy with each release. While it's a shame seeing the rating I can see why some didn't like this album as much. Since doesn't have the same doomy cold atmosphere like the first three albums. But this was still fun for what is was.

Very catchy stuff, and a strong statement overall for a swansong. Can't wait to see them reincarnate into a new outfit in the future, even though it's sad they have to shed their identity to do so.

You are right that I'm not very friendly, and to my defence it is partly due to my Swedish/Finnish origin and due to my general history and experience of nearby foreign politics. But most of all it's due to the fact that this album is a concept album about the Ukrainian war, and that's the point I'll be starting from.

I realise and appreciate there are other opinions about this war than just "Russia is the Devil' but considering my own origins and the concept of this album there is simply no way to remain neutral in this matter om my account. I can't describe this album in any other way than how I've done it here and now. And I will never apologise for expressing my political opinion regardless of how controversial it might seem.

But most of all it's due to the fact that this album is a concept album about the Ukrainian war, and that's the point I'll be starting from.
