Well, that was indeed a strong year for heavy metal. Helloween, Crimson Glory, Vicious Rumors are just magnificent.

Fantastic list - Rage: Perfect Man is a fantastic album and hugely underrated these days. I couldn’t stop listening to it at the time and still love it. Add to that Kings of Metal, Port Royal, Scanner’s unbelievably good Hypertrace, Keepers II, Angel Dust and the rest of that list - what a year. Personally I would throw in Riot’s Thundersteel, Candlemass’ Ancient Dreams and Overkill’s Under The Influence…. But who am I to argue with a list like this?!
