The long-rumored Blind Guardian symphony has arrived. For 20 years, this album was an ethereal dream, but things have been coming together lately: Demons & Wizards reunited for a promised third album, and Hansi Kürsch finally made his way onto an Avantasia album (which I was certainly waiting for - I don't know about the rest of you). And now, at last, Blind Guardian's pet project is out in the open.

It was hinted At The Edge Of Time. A new symphonic focus and refinement that would bring Blind Guardian's sound fully into modern times. Production has never been as important in showcasing yet another distinctive album experience in their pioneering style of power metal. What lies beyond is assurance as much as surprise.

The bards have come out of the forest. Yes, the Blind Guardians are back baby! And did they ever do it in style. Surely one of the year's most anticipated albums, At The Edge Of Time is sure to rank high on personal lists for a while.
