Ghost B.C. - Here Comes The Sun?
Good cover but it isn't metal. My list is limited - only metal performances.

Psyco Drama did a cover of Come Together on their second album, Bent.

I've listened to this cover. And thank you for the suggestion But I still think that the Soundgarden 's cover is more original and interesting. I not denying that the Psyco Drama 's cover is very good, but I include only one cover per song.

Helloween did a cover of "All My Loving" on Metal Jukebox. Not bad, not great.
My favourite is Coroner's "I Want You", followed by Trouble's "Tomorrow Never Knows", and my #3 would be Realm's "Eleanor Rigby". The worst, in my opinion, is Motley Crue's "Helter Skelter", probably because I have always found Vince Neil to be a bad joke and profoundly disliked Motley Crue.

Thanks for the opinion, man I'm not a fan of Mötley Crüe either, but this particular album is excellent, and cover song is very good (in my opinion).

Whitesnake's cover of Day Tripper (on their 1978 album Trouble) is quite enjoyable.

Some will argue that Motley Crue is not metal either
Shout At The Devil is certainly metal. An unbiased listen to the entire album would leave no doubt.

Like do you mean the performance of the songs themselves aren't metal or you mean the bands playing the covers? I'm honestly confused and I sure hope it ain't the bands. All the bands mentioned are all metal and "an unbiased listen" to their entire scope of work would leave no doubt lol. It would also be quite cringe to me that someone who would add Soundgarden or Mötley Crüe would go ahead and tell me that Ghost & Whitesnake aren't metal... C'mon, they're all metal, who's biased now? In any case I see no reasons to argue basic metal / hard rock history in this day and age. It's pointless and I've frankly no intentions of educating folks anymore on this, it's growing tiresome with time. I also don't enjoy arguing facts much...
But yeah if it's the case... Then whatever floats your boat man. But if you're not talking about the individual performances, I can't agree there.

The title of the list is misleading. It suggests that what metal covers The Beatles have covered. Not what metal bands have covered the The Beatles songs.

I hope you're the only one who would be misled by the title

If you look at it, still it could have been better framed. As for others, they may have got the idea from going through your picks and its description.

I basically agree with your take, Guib, but why the unrest (or so it seems)? There are tons of bands that some of us would consider to be more metal than others, more so if they have heterogeneous catalogues genrewise. Why would there be any need for educating people about this?

Because I'm very tired of always hearing people say "this and that isn't metal. This and that is poseur crap. And this band doesn't belong here and blah blah blah" from people that seems to have no notion of where that same music they supposedly "love" comes from. It's the whole and old gatekeeping rethoric of essentially saying that only "extreme" metal bands are metal that seems to always grind my gear somehow. I can't help it, it annoys me.
But that said, this wasn't really the case here, more that Vasil was judging the rendition (performance) itself. I guess I jumped the gun a bit too quickly.
