Duplantier is an absolute beast. I saw Gojira last friday and damn is this guy entertaining too or what? Great solo presence as well during the set. Edit: One of my personal fav would be Mastodon's very own Brann Dailor.

Very good choices all are great drummers in their own way  Not necessarily the best, but my personal top three have always been Neil Peart, Bill Ward and Bonzo.
