Luckily, the Rust In Peace fanboi battalion was there to protect their prized jewel from the... well, pardon the pun, the heavy Artillery. It may just be because the hype gave me some unreasonably high expectations, but I just don't "get" the supposed greatness of this album. Aprart from the opening riffs on "Khomaniac", there isn't really anything on it that justifies its comparison to "Rust in Peace" - at least in my highly subjective opinion.

I used to regard this as one of my favorite thrash albums of all time, but I just kind of realized that whenever I go to listen to it, I play the first five tracks and then turn it off. A good album, but only half of it is really enjoyable to me, the rest is pretty average thrash.

Wow, this is as perfect as thrash metal goes. Technical memorable riffs, well written lyrics, great rhythm section and Flemmings voice which can tear down walls! The only weak point is the Nazareth cover and Don't Believe isn't maybe on par with the rest but other than that it's a great feast of riffs!
