A bit disappointing, still, only listened to it three times at this point. A few more spins may change my perspective slightly, but one thing is for sure, it is definetely not on the older releases level.

I like it better than Solens Rotter but I don't know if it really ranks up against releases like Odemarkens Son. Still, I think it's a solid album, really like the synth lines on Palissader.

After listening to the album a couple of times I thought it was alright but not near as good as some of the previous efforts like Ödemarkens Son or Cosmic Genesis. But then the more I listened to it the more it grew on me and now I it has become one of my favorites.
Jordpuls takes the best from both Vintersorg's more progressive and folk influenced albums and ends up being excellent in its own unique way. I absolutely love the "catchiness" of most of the tracks and especially on the first half of the album.

I absolutely agree. Though it's not one of my favourite Vintersorg albums. But maybe I should give it at least a couple more tries.
