Damn, what a song. Definitely remember listening to this and loving it at some point. (lel, just realised this a demo / raw version of Inarborat off Om)

This is a gem I'm playing increasingly. I very rarely do that for eps anymore.

It's far superior in scope to other Negura eps, showcasing beautiful flow. These takes make are just as unique as the OM tracks which is a rare in itself to make unique alternatives of the same base. Wished there was more length to this release and I don't even mean what OM was for preceding either.

I love the psyched out slow parts and thought if Negura Bunget were a progenitor for psychedelic black metal, which is easily one of the more fascinating types of music around that deserves more attention. The atmospheric and folk aspect of bm helped shape out what psycheledic bm is considered soundwise it seems naturally, or at least is how I've noticed it. Then again I'd consider other atmospheric acts such as Darkspace go into psychedelic realm occasionally.

And yeah, that ending shook me up late at night teehee ala like World Coming Down's interludes *hint-hint go-on, go-on put it on again* You knew a reference to the past was coming for me to urge you to checkback

I may not have the largest collection but I certainly have the absolute best

They definitely had a more impactful sound back in the day, I can't really sit down for the newer era stuff. I can definitely see what you mean about the psychedelic aspect: the interplay between the bass, the synths and noisy nature of the guitars is a bit of a blueprint to what a lot of bands are doing these days.

I keep forgetting that I've technically seen them live. They played the tiniest venue in Brighton to my surprise, but alas it was later Negura Sort-Of-Bunget. I recall the fact they asked my group where a good place to get food was, as opposed to what their set was like. Alcohol pretty much has sapped my memory of headlining bands.

For future use I wonder if there is a way to link a username in a message to get them to take a look at without shouting across haha. Describing the interplay seems to be a mutual inspiration by this ep, it's got something with its instruments that drives you in and relaxes. Makes me wanna run in the carpathian mountains and buy traditional Romanian folk clothes.

Awesome story to share, although I'm being hypothetical what you said about alcohol which I'm sorry to hear if its negative, if theres anything I can do just let me know. I've been starting this self-improvement which of course all won't apply but could it does reset your scope on things collectively. I wouldn't want that great mind of yours dying on me yet yugi-boii
