Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor improved significantly on the sluggish, oppressively sane Hellbilly Deluxe 2, reinvigorating Rob Zombie with a lighter and leaner take on the typical Zombie sound that still reintroduced a lot of personality. The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Screw It This Is Way Too Long obviously tries to capitalize on the success of Venomous Rat's more radio-friendly numbers, but eschews the real substance of the last album in the process.

Rob Zombie is back! Well, about as back as Mr. Zombie can probably get anyway. This is definitely his best work since Hellbilly Deluxe: 13 Tales Of Cadaverous Cavorting Inside The Spookshow International; no, the full title was not necessary but I've always loved it and included it because I could, damn it!
