Biography
Dperd are Carlo Disimone and Valeria Buono. Both of them were members of Fear of the Storm (a cult Italian Dark Wave act from the 90'ies) and at the beginning of the new millennium formed DPERD.
The first releases are a self-produced cd-r entitled "2003", take part to the "United Forces of Phoenix, vol.1" compilation, and release the CD "3non". This work receives critical acclaim and praise in national and international magazines and web-zines. After these great results DPERD begin to work hard on their new album, "Regalerò il mio Tempo" ("I'll give my Time"), that permits them to ink a deal with My Kingdom Music which releases the CD on February 2008. The album receives great reviews and it's appreciated in the whole Dark Wave scene.
Encouraged by these, the duo works on new music and the result is "Io Sono Un Errore" (in english: "I'm A Mistake"), where the Dark Wave essence is pushed further to discover new territories and emotions. The album will be out on April 2010.
