Biography

Inhepsie is atmospheric metal band with female singing. Formed in 2001 in Paris by Jean Suire (guitars) and Cathy Bontant (vocals & keyboards) in parallel with their metal gothic project Ad Vitam Aeternam (signed with Karmageddon media in Holland/distribution P1-ID). This first project permitted to play with bands like Epica and The Old Dead Tree. Inhepsie's particularity is in the original creation of albums concepts written in French in poetry form.

Their first album Oracle signed in 2003 with Sacral Production (H.A.R.) in Franceand beneficiated of a limited edition in velvet packaging. This more experimental album was considered as a new style in the metal and gothic spheres.

Their second album Orbe, out in 2008 is distributed by Musea Records in France, that enable them to promote their music nearby a more numerous and varied public. For this album, the founder duo called cessions musicians to share their music on the scene and to play with bands like The The Crüxshadows or even Wurm.

For their third album Obédience the line-up is completed by Nicolas Leceux on bass and Dany Ladrat on drums. The mix and the mastering was made at the White Wasteland Studio (France) by Emmanuel Rousseau.

Currently. the band is looking for publishing contract and also distribution and booking contracts.
