04:02 - Apothecary @Jaeryd, you're referring to LaVeyan Satanism, which is essentially Nietzsche/Ayn Rand type philosophy plus some Crowley - influenced ritual magick. Most theistic Satanists do not consider it as "real" Satanism
03:30 - no one because calling yourself a satanist sounds more kvlt
03:23 - Kuroboshi If you're not into the whole anti-christianity thing, it seems kind of stupid to call it satanism. Why not just say liberal atheism?
03:14 - Jaeryd Most Satanists I know are either moderately liberal or at least libertarian in nature.
02:59 - Jaeryd Some forms of Satanism aren't what I'd call stupid. They're basically just atheism with an added philosophical system that uses the rebellion of Satan as a metaphor.

It seems like Intronaut will be embarking on the upcoming tour with Enslaved and Between The Buried And Me with a brand new album in the bag. The American metallers just announced their new musical offering to the world and it's called The Direction Of Last Things. They will also be playing some headlining shows before that big tour. They promise "more dense and brutal" songs this time around.
Now this is something. Earlier this year, it was announced that Cloudkicker, Ben Sharp's instrumental progressive metal band, would tour North America with Intronaut as his backing band. Ben Sharp had previously vowed the band would never play live. The two bands piled into a van and every night played to a fanbase who knew they were experiencing a perhaps once in a lifetime opportunity. For those unfortunate ones who missed the shows, the band stopped off at Texas recording studio, The Fathom Tree, and played the set start to finish live and captured it all on tape. Century Media is now releasing Live With Intronaut from this recording session. Are you interested?
Intronaut will hit the road again after a short break and a recent tour with Tesseract. Members of Intronaut will be fleshing out the backing band for Cloudkicker on the run as Ben Sharp couldn't do it all by himself. Check out the flyer and the dates below. Tesseract will headline the tour.
