Rhapsody - First 20th Anniversary Reunion Shows Announced
Reunited symphonic power metal band Rhapsody will tour Latin America this spring as part of their 20th Anniversary Farewell Tour. Fabio Lione, Luca Turilli, Dominique Leurquin, Patrice Guers and Alex Holzwarth will perform their album Symphony Of Enchanted Lands in full, as well as other classics of the band and some songs rarely played on stage. The band has also announced a few European festival appearances.

Firewind - Release New Song And Video
Greek power metal masters Firewind are releasing their 8th studio album, Immortals, on January 20th, 2017 via the band's longtime label partner Century Media Records in Europe and AFM Records in North America. The group has already released one song from the new record, and now a bombastic video clip, which was produced by the iCODE Team (Kamelot, Devin Townsend, Moonsorrow), as well as a digital single for the album track "Ode To Leonidas" have been launched. ETHS - Disbanding, Two Last Shows With Candice Clot
Sad news for the fans of ETHS. The French metallers are biding adieu and have announced the end of their career after 17 years. The band announced that they will perform their last two shows in the original line-up, which means a return of original frontwoman Candice Clot, who had resigned for personal reasons in 2012.

Panndora - To Return In 2017
In a recent interview, Brazilian heavy metal act Panndora confirmed that the band was on hiatus. Now it seems that the hiatus is over, and the band promises to come back in 2017 in full force. We will have to wait and see but the goal is to record the follow-up to their 2011 debut The Heretic's Box.

Nine Inch Nails - To Release New EP
Nine Inch Nails have confirmed that fans will be able to hear new music from the band this year. Last year, mastermind Trent Reznor promised that new Nine Inch Nails music would be released in 2016 and it's now official. Not The Actual Events, their new 5 song EP, will be released next Friday, December 23rd. After a few years of silence, fans now have something to look forward to.

HammerFall - Announce Change Of Drummer
Drummer David Wallin didn't stay long in Swedish melodic metallers HammerFall. He has announced that he is leaving the group in order to focus on his family life. Due to family commitments, David will not be able to do any gigs with HammerFall next year and has decided to vacate his drum stool. Johan Koleberg is the new drummer!
