Darkology - New Song Streaming Online

There is new music from Darkology to be enjoyed now! The American metallers will release their second album, Fated To Burn, between June 8th and June 15th through Prime Eon Media and its partners worldwide on CD and digital formats. Multiple special package configurations will be made exclusively available through the band's webstore and a vinyl release may follow later in the year. The album artwork and the new lyric video for the song "On Morrow's Break" can be viewed below.

Criminal - Line-Up Changes, Working On New Album

Criminal have recently announced a new lead guitarist and they are also working on a new album to follow Akelarre. The Anglo-Chilean thrashers have parted ways with Basque lead guitarist Olmo Cascallar. Now joining their ranks is Chilean shredmaster Sergio Klein, who resides in Berlin, Germany. Klein has already gained recognition as a lead player with his band The Outside and is also a guitar instructor. With him, Criminal have already started working on the material for a new album for a late 2015 release.

Nightwish - Hit #34 On Billboard US Chart

Finland-based symphonic metal masters Nightwish sold 18,342 copies of Endless Forms Most Beautiful in its first week of sales in the United States. The record hit # 34 on Billboard U.S. Top 200, making it the third time that Nightwish made the coveted chart. Their last full length release, the 2011 Imaginaerum, sold just under 12,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release.

Vital Remains - Release Statement About Crucifix Incident

Death metallers Vital Remains made the news this week after their vocalist Brian Werner entered an onstage dispute with a club owner at The Haven in Orlando. The video of the incident circulated online (and you can see it below). After seeing a cross hanging at the venue above the stage, Brian Werner removed it, which prompted the club owner to rush to the stage and grab the cross. Allegedly, the woman didn't leave the stage until the show ended. Brian Werner has now released a statement explaining that the club owner assaulted the band, and also security ended up removing them from the venue.

Panopticon - Austin L. Lunn Launches New Record Label

American atmospheric black metal band Panopticon main man Austin L. Lunn has some news to share. He has started a small record label with his brother-in-law to release vinyl reissues of albums they love. Seven Witches - New Album Nearing Completion

David Shankle Group - New Album On The Way

Known for being a member of Manowar between 1988 and 1994, guitarist David Shankle is about to release the upcoming third full-length offering by his band, David Shankle Group. Titled Still A Warrior, it is due on April 24th in Germany and April 28th in the rest of the world via Pure Steel Records. Hate - Part Ways With Guitarist, Announce Live Session Member

Spring is in the air which apparently means yet another round of line-up changes for the Polish death metal outfit Hate.

Almost two years ago the band suffered a huge loss with the unexpected death of their bassist Mortifer while on tour in Europe. Last Spring, their longtime drummer Hexen decided to leave the band and now their guitarist followed suit.

Dordeduh - Details About Side-Project's Album Revealed

Sunset In The 12th House is a side-project of Dordeduh members Edmond "Huppogramus" Karban and Sol Faur, acting as a mostly instrumental quartet, which is completed by Dordeduh drummer Sergio Ponti and bass player Mihai Moldoveanu. Mozaic will be their debut album, and as the title suggests, the album is conceptualized to be a mosaic of sounds and themes, rather than going in a clear direction, the way Dordeduh does. The album will be released through Prophecy Productions on the 5th of June in Europe and a North American release is scheduled for the 9th of June.
