Sigh - New Album Update, Coming Out In 2018

At the end of last year, Japanese avantgarde metallers Sigh announced that they were working on a new album, Heir To Despair, which is now nearing completion, one year later, according to their latest update. The band also confirmed that it's being released some time in 2018 to follow Graveward (2015).

Monster Magnet - Reveal New Album Details

Monster Magnet are finally releasing a new album! Titled Mindfucker, it's said that the stoner metal band puts the pedal to the metal on this album. Bell Witch - To Headline European Tour

Seattle based funeral doom duo Bell Witch is honoured to announce an extensive headlining tour across Europe, where the band will perform in support of well-acclaimed latest effort Mirror Reaper. More than one month long tour, scheduled for next March/April, will also include appearances at festivals, such as Doom Over Leipzig and Roudburn Festival. Therion - Share Artwork, Tracklist And Release Date Of New Rock Opera

On February 2nd, symphonic metal pioneers Therion will finally release Christofer Johnsson's monumental brainchild Beloved Antichrist, a rock opera loosely inspired by Vladímir Soloviov's "A Short Tale Of The Antichrist". The entire piece reaches a length of 3 hours. The dramatic and epic opus comes to life through 27 different character roles, performed by long-time band members like Thomas Vikström, Lori Lewis and Chiara Malvestiti, amongst many others. The band will unveil the first excerpt from Beloved Antichrist in single form before Christmas - and today, they present the cover artwork designed by Thomas Ewerhart, as well as the tracklist.

Anthrax - Announce Live DVD 'Kings Among Scotland'

Thrash icons Anthrax will see Kings Among Scotland, the band's long-awaited live-in-concert DVD, arrive in stores and online on April 27th, 2018. Captured last February 15th at the band's sold-out concert at Glasgow's historic venue the Barrowland Ballroom, the two-hour set incorporates the band's entire live show along with interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and other B-roll shot on the band's tour bus, backstage, in hotels and elsewhere. The DVD will also include a "gear rundown" from each of the band members.

Iron Angel - To Release First Album In Over 30 Years

German heavy metal speeders Iron Angel are back on the road. But the band will bring to light a new album as well, called Hellbound, which will be released on May 4th, 2018. The group inked a deal with Mighty Music/Target Group. Mighty Music will release their next two albums.

Ministry - Reveal New Album Details And Video

Industrial metal legends Ministry have announced that their brand new studio album, tilted AmeriKKKant, will be released on March 9th, 2018 via Nuclear Blast Records. Produced by Al Jourgensen, the follow-up to 2013's From Beer To Eternity was recorded at Caribou Studios in Burbank, CA between January and May 2017 and the artwork was created by Sam Shearon. Dream Theater - Join Sony Music Via InsideOut Music For New Album

With a career that has spanned in excess of 30 years, two-time Grammy-nominated US progressive metal band Dream Theater released their ambitious 2016 concept album, The Astonishing and the elaborately-produced tour that followed. When Nothing Remains - To Stop All Live Activity

Swedish funeral doom bringers When Nothing Remains are currently working on new music to be released next year. In fact, the band has shared a new sample from the studio on Facebook, check it out. Furthermore, they explained that they have stopped all live activity due to a health issue with guitarist Peter Laustsen. He explained that he has Cervobrachial Syndrome, pain in the upper back, neck and left arm which is getting worse. According to the them, they had issues with the Under The Doom Festival in Portugal after cancelling their performance.
