Black Sabbath - Extend Tour Into 2014

More Black Sabbath shows! Following gigs in North and South America, Australia, Asia and now Europe (which kicks off on November 20th in Helsinki, Finland), Black Sabbath have announced additional shows in North America and Europe in 2014. The 2014 North American dates launch on March 31st at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and will hit ten cities in Canada, including stops in Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton, before wrapping on April 26th at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California.

Allegaeon - Headlining Tour, Michael Stancel Joins Full-Time

Colorado tech death metallers Allegaeon have plenty of news to share. The group will be giving fans one last chance to see them live before they return to the studio to record their third full-length album and follow-up to Formshifter. The new tour is scheduled to begin on December 1st and concludes on December 21st, with dates throughout Texas, the west coast, and the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Allegaeon has also announced that guitarist Michael Stancel will be joining the band full time. While in writing mode, Stancel and Allegaeon have been collaborating on new songs. So, new tour, new album and new guitarist!

Recently, after being released from jail for charges of theft, Nachtmystium's mastermind Blake Judd had alluded to the possibility of the band's new album being the last. Today, in an statement posted on his Facebook page, Judd confirms that he is indeed laying the band to rest. You should cherish the new album The World We Left Behind coming next year because it will be their swansong, apart from a split with The Many.

Epica - 'Retrospect' Production Error

The production errors seem to be chasing Epica. After a problem with their last album where the vocals were missing on the last track "Serenade Of Self-Destruction", the band has been informed that there has been a production error on their newly released Retrospect DVD/Blu-ray. On a small part of the Blu-ray pressing, an incorrect disk was put in the final packaging. There is also an error on disk two of some of the DVD pressings, where the outro is missing.
