The Richmond Times Dispatch is reporting that an appeals court has upheld the acquittal of the Lamb Of God frontman accused of manslaughter due to the death of a fan at a concert in the Czech Republic. He had been found not guilty of manslaughter charges in March but the State Attorney promised to appeal but that verdict was upheld by the High Court in the Czech Republic and is final.
