James LaBrie - Announces New Album, Cover Unveiled
Dream Theater's singer James LaBrie latest solo studio albums have proven to be solid progressive metal releases. Even with his band working on a new album, James LaBrie hasn't forgotten about his solo work. So, rejoice because the album's cover has officially been revealed today. Impermanent Resonance, as it will be called, shall be released on July 29th, 2013 in Europe and August 6th, 2013 in North America via InsideOut Music. The first sound samples will be revealed soon.

Wintersun - Headlining North American Tour Confirmed
While they don't release their new album Time II, and that could be a while but the plan is 2014, Wintersun have announced a North American headlining tour for this summer. The band played a series of sold-out shows last year in North America with Eluveitie and the Finns will now return for a headlining tour this August/September. Joining them are Italian symphonic death metal champions Fleshgod Apocalypse, melodic tech-death outfit Arsis and up-and-comers Starkill.

Temple Of Baal - Finishing Up New Album, New Live Dates
It has been a while since we heard from French black metallers Temple Of Baal. Well, the group is currently putting the finishing touches to their fourth album. The recording sessions are taking place at Hybreed Studios with Andrew Guillotin (Glorior Belli). The new album will consist of ten tracks with a running time of about one hour, and shall be released by Agonia Records in the fall of 2013. The band describes the effort as "a blend between Lightslaying Rituals aggression, and the last split CD The Vision Of Fading Mankind's epic atmospheres."

Saille - Present New Video
The mighty Saille have shared their brand new video for the song "Blood Libel", the first track on their newest release Ritu, out since January. The video is the first to be done for the new album and was directed by Nicolas Daenens, who previously worked with the black metal band on the "Plaigh Allais" (Irreversible Decay) video two years earlier. The video was shot in the region known as Meetjesland in Belgium, in the woods and in an abandoned church. Make sure you watch it below.

As I Lay Dying - Lambesis Posts Bail, Released From Custody
ABC10 and other sources are reporting that Tim Lambesis, the lead singer of metalcore outfit As I Lay Dying, who is accused of trying to arrange the murder of his estranged wife, posted bail and is out of jail. He left the Vista Detention Facility yesterday, according to authorities. Bail for the As I Lay Dying frontman was lowered from $3 million to $2 million a few weeks ago.

Six Feet Under - Have New Drummer
Yes, it is true. Six Feet Under have parted ways with drummer Kevin Talley who had joined them in 2011 to replace Greg Gall. Marco Pitruzzella has officially joined the ranks and will make his debut appearance with the band this Saturday in Memphis at Scion Rock Fest. He is a former band member of bassist Jeff Hughell.
