Tomorrow, I'm going to watch my team since I was a kid (the Philadelphia Flyers) play in my new town against the slightly-worse Sabres. Both teams are pretty bad this season. I really don't think it'll be a very exciting game to watch, but going to hockey games is like doing dinner and a movie in this town. We walk to dinner, then walk to the arena, then walk to the bar afterwards.

I sometimes go and watch Luleå games, this season it was LHF vs Leksands 3-0 shots on goal like 40 - 4
I have ticket against Färjestad
I want to get against Skellefteå but its impossible

live game is more interesting as on TV where it can be boring

Yeah. I go to a lot of games because the arena is a mile from my house. Also, it's inexpensive and everyone likes hockey here, so it's easy to get a large group to go. I ALWAYS go to the Flyers games when they're in town. In Buffalo, I paid $50 for two of my buddy's really good season tickets right behind the goal and 5 rows from the ice. In Philadelphia, those two tickets alone would've cost me hundreds of dollars. When I go to other games, I usually get the tickets online for $13-$20. We always have pizza at someone's house beforehand, then go to the game and go out for drinks afterwards. It's a lot of fun even if they lose.

We don't have a standing area, but that's pretty inexpensive.

I don't post about Ice Hockey doesn't mean I'm not interested in watching it. =P

Due to time slot, live matches comes around 2-2.30 in night. So, it is tough to keep a record which team is better performing.

Anyway, Martin was a great goltender.

A bit late but
I a not happy whit Swe this year

Tier 2
Allsvesnkan
So Apslöven from Haparanda are relegated , so I have separate feelings , I don't want strong teams rise close to Luleå, Piteå, Boden, Apslöven , Kiruna must have been where new stars what will play in Luleå grows and we can take better players abroad, if Aplsöven will be good, play in SHL harder for Luleå be get local players and so on .

Södertälje and Västervik will play in Allsvenskan as new comers
Apslöven and Sundsvall relegated

2 weakest allvsnekan teams play whit 4 strongest from Division 1 what comes via horrible play off competition, so 6 teams, 2 are in allsveknskan, 4 in Div 1 depends on geo principles

In old days it was nice 2 weeks SHL + Allsvenskan 1-2-3 teams (4-5-6-7 also played group one home and away and winer was last in competition)
So SHL 13-14, Allsevnskan 1-2-3 + winner , played round robin and 2 teams was in SHL

Now I hate this system1-2 pays best of 5 this case AIK Solna 3-2 Tingsryds AIF
3-4-5-6-7-8 place has chances also , winner one game not home - away this time Leksands (Mora was second hahah)
plays whit Tingsryd AIF, Leksands on 2-+

Then AIK and Leksands plaid whit SHL 13-14 team
Karlskrona HK 4-1 AIK in series, but ref stolled AIK goal what was scandal
Leksands 4-3 Modo

So Leksands are back and Karlskrona HK stays

I hate this principle, old days was better !!!

I am happy leksands came, I was pissed AIK did not and also Modo went out

I think SHL must be close league as SM Liiga in Finland was

Luleå, Skellefteå, Modo, Djurgårdens, AIK, Hammarby , Brynäs, Björklöven, Färjestad, Frölunda, HV71, Linköpings, must have immunity from relegation , oter teams don't matter , hockey is not football, look at KHL and NHL

About Luleå season, well I am happy Frölunda won title 4-2 series against SAIK)
Some ppl are desapinted, I am not October, mid November was horrible maybe 2 wins in whole period from 10 more, in end we start to win and jump even higher as we could
Of course we lost in play offs against Frölunda
Well we have Champions league place guaranteed unless we wont fall out from SHL
I say better are any place from 1-12 not 13-14 and relagation games, so play off don't matter much , specially now
70% left after this season

New commers
•Julius Junttila, forward, Kärpät
•Andreas Falk, forward, Kölner Haie
•Viktor Amnér, defender, Leksands IF
•Gustav Rydahl, forward, Växjö Lakers
•Petter Emanuelsson, forward, San Jose Barracuda

Losses
•Samuel Ward, goal, Sparta Sarpsborg
•Jonathan Granström, forward, Brynäs IF
•Emil Sylvegård, forward, Linköping
•Marcus Oskarsson, defender , Almtuna IS
•Jonathan Sigalet, defender, Frölunda HC
•Jacob Micflikier, forward, EHC Biel
•Lucas Wallmark, forward, no club
•Peter Cehlarik, forward, no club
•Joakim Fagervall, tränare, IF Björklöven
•Viktor Ekarv, forward, kno club
•Lennart Petrell, forward, HIFK

It seems we build from zero, I hope staying in league, its hard from beginning , but after years we can make it 1996 was last time, well soon, but like I said better is stay in TOP level

about WC
what a surprise Canada won 2-0 Finland

Suprses in this WC?
Positive
Denmark in play offs
Germany in play offs
France stays in TOP

Negative:
bad game from Suisse
Belarussian bad performance only in last game survived
USA did not get medal
Sweden out in quarters, but we were like babies against Canada in quarters

Latvia game was not surprise
I am surprises they won kaz and did not relegated acvtually

semies
Russia 1-3 Finland
Funny think I see, Russia vs Finland in play offs Fins always wins 3-1
Once 2-1 but I don't recall

OG in Torino 2006 quarters Fin 3-1 Rus
WC 2006 in Riga , OG Sochi 2014 and WC in Moscow Finland 3-1 Russia
Is it a curse?
Well another host nation did not won, btw last host nation won hockey WC was Sweden in Home aganst Suisse in 2013 in Globen arena

Next WC will be interesting
Group A ( make predicyion play offs / stays / relegated
Köln (Germany): Russia, USA, Sweden, Germany / Slovakia, Denmark, Italy / Latvia

Group B
Paris (France)
Canada, Finland, Cz, Suisse, / Belarus, Norway, France / Slovenia

I am happy see France hosting, well I don't know where play offs be plaied well semies, but can France understand hockey?

2018 its in Denmark, cool (even band year after OG) new country
2 years ago when Belarussia hosted it was great event they did 1th time, I hope Denske jävels will do same
