I see no one has mentioned Black Shape Of Nexus. Absolutely crushing, utterly riff-based sludge (except the Microbarome Meetings album which is pure drone) from Germany. They have a couple of releases available for download on their website, especially the Live in Mannheim tape is devastating. I've given a shot to pretty much their whole discography and you can't go wrong with these guys.

Instrumental post metal/djent/meloncholic outfit from Russia. Djent not normally my thing but this blends enough other elements to keep me interested. Solid production too.
No bandcamp page, at least I haven't seen it...http://www.myspace.com/genesisnotplanet
Lisbon based band playing instrumental post rock/experimental. This is some cool shit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED http://www.last.fm/music/katabatic (dammit, no bandcamp page)
Anything that shelsmusic links to, it's fucking awesome.

Of all your reqs here I've heard this one is fast becoming a favourite, fantastic instrumental.
I have not givin this one my full attention yet. I guess I'll get on it asap
Gets a bit repetitive at times but it has some nice buildups and most importantly its memorable I think, certainly seems to be sticking around in my mind without much trouble.
German post rock. Toundra and these guys are my favorite. These guys are bloody talented!
