I see no one has mentioned Black Shape Of Nexus. Absolutely crushing, utterly riff-based sludge (except the Microbarome Meetings album which is pure drone) from Germany. They have a couple of releases available for download on their website, especially the Live in Mannheim tape is devastating. I've given a shot to pretty much their whole discography and you can't go wrong with these guys.
Hey man, I was wondering what your thoughts are regarding The Mars Volta, especially since you commented that Rishloo's album had too much going on. I haven't seen you ever talk about TMV, and they have influenced many of the great artists in alternative metal right now, including Karnivool and Rishloo. Love them or hate them, I feel like they are a band that is important to be aware of if you want any kind of cursory understanding of where the alternative genre is going.

Hi guys! Maybe this is an offtopic, but I cant find a nu metal band from 2000's. The only thing I remember was their music video - there was a guy with tiger/cat style lenses and forks in his head. Damn! What was the name of the band... I would be thankful if someone knew what I'm talking about. Tnx.
