When we think of metal from Iceland, undoubtably we think about black metal or something more dark and deep than power metal. Therefore, it is not very usual to hear about power metal bands from Iceland, which in itself made this release special, but Power Paladin made it even more special for the quality and dynamics they delivered to this album. Listened to this on the rec of a mate. Added it to my 2022 list and started writing 'Not on MS', but by the time I hit submit, they'd been added!  Very catchy, but very repetitive within songs. OK if you really like PM I guess.

At first listen, it sounded like average Power Metal. With a couple more spins, the catchy choruses and riffs started to click and I ended up having a lot of fun listening to it. However, a couple of spins more and it started losing its magic, due to a bit of repetitiveness and lack of originality in general. Very enjoyable, solid album, 7.7 for me.

This is this the funniest album I've listened to. Two Legend of Zelda songs in them. Sign on the Cross riff in the first song. And the album cover is just the icing on the cake. God this album is so stupid I love it.

Album of the year for me (until now). Although the originality is relatively low, this album provides great melodies, rhythms and overall personality. I really like that the classic cheesiness is accompanied by a high tempo and that the lyrics is so inspired by the overall theme. Hoping for more in the future.
