It's funny because with a legitimate band and recording production this wouldn't be that terrible.

It would still be terrible, just less terrible I suppose.

I’ve just had the pleasure of hearing this album. I am crying and in disbelief, as mighty Herculean power has destroyed my insignificant world. Now I know what the director of the Dungeons And Dragons film must have felt when he saw The Fellowship Of The Ring come out just one year later. I finally understand the sensation Salieri experienced standing in Mozart’s shadow.

Is there any reason for bands to continue making metal music if they’re not Hercules? I am definitely quitting right now. Does anyone want to buy my guitars, home studio equipment, and DAW licenses? For €5000, I’m willing to sell everything I have just to get my hands on all 50 special edition versions of this album.

Additionally, the haters should refrain from complaining about the production quality. The goal here is evidently simplicity, authenticity, no fancy nonsense. Herculess is Hercumore in the world of true heavy metal.

Seriously, haters, cool it. I mean, I like to troll too, theres’ always the room for that, but in the case of fateful findings like this amazing album, I will defend true metal like a motherflippin’ samurai cop.

Maybe I'm insane, almost certainly even, but I do think this is better than the last two albums. There are almost recognizable song structures here instead of open ended meandering attempts at shredding that literally never ended, at least I think that's what I remember from Waiting For the King, I really don't want to go back and listen again to confirm.

All of this is relative of course, we've moved from affront to the senses to a poorly made mess, but progress is progress?

Could be wrong, but the album art looks like it's got that glossy AI nonsense.

This kinda reminds me of those backened synth bands by th Hekaloth records label, productionwise.
I see this band's also from Greece. Maybe related...?
