As I thought since the arrival of the new vocalist, the overall quality of the band's music has declined. I can still say that this EP is an improvement compared to Death: An Anthology which disappointed me a lot. We find some elements that were found in previous albums. Despite everything, after listening to all these tracks, I find that their music is still average, not very original. Let's hope that their next projects return to the level of the excellent The Chosen.

I actually liked the last album, had a pretty good variety of Deathcore styles going on. This EP is pretty one dimensional though.

Pretty standard deathcore with one to many predictable breakdowns tbh. Nothing particularly bad though, it's just not something I can see myself investing more of my time to in the future.

I'm in the same boat. This has some interesting ideas, but otherwise bog standard modern deathcore.

Man I love these dudes. Chasms of Hell was sick. That being said, I think giving this a fair rating, it's not scoring higher than a 7 (for me, a 7.25 to be exact). It's good, just not as good as any of their previous releases and has less standout tracks. The overall theme/story of the EP was cool, but altogether it was a pretty standard deathcore release.
