Biography
The idea about Demonism comes up in early 1995, but the real line up is formed at the end of the year, by the gathering of the two black demons Lord Hades and Lord Mephistophel Umbras Diabolis, who takes up the drums. The bass player is Lord Paganus Sunset. All other instruments are handled by Hades, namely guitars, keyboards and vocals. After several live performances and demo recordings, the trio goes to Graffitti Studio by the end of 1996, to record its first demo album, later entitled 'Saga For The Dark Winter Times'. The band gains popularity in short time, when the song 'Saga for the Coming of Nebulous Winter' is being voted Song of the Month on the famous metal radio show on the National Radio "Horizon" and wins an award. Later on the song is a runner up in the Hit of the Year chart. Not before long a new vocalist joins the band, by the name of "The Gnom", and Hades becomes a guitarist / keyboardist. With this line-up the band plays some gigs, among which a glamorous performance on the Summer Chaos Metal Festival in Bourgas in 1997. In the fall of 1997 the band goes in studio to record the successor of 'Saga For The Dark Winter Times', namely the demo 'Into ?he Burning Past'.
