Formed in 2006, Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire released the EP Harmonies From Bleeding Mouths the same year. Omega Drunk On The Blood Of Alpha, the band's full-length debut album, was released in 2008 on Debello Recordings.

The band's sophomore release, Songs Of Ill Hope And Desperation, was released in 2010 via Prosthetic Records.
