Iceland, Neskaupstaður - Eistnaflug 2009

There's a strong rumour going on that Mayhem and Hammerfall will come to this years Eistnaflug, but so far Eistnaflug organizer/s aren't confirming to anything....but yesterday the National newspaper "Morgunblaðið" had an article about the possibility that the infamous Mayhem might well be one of the acts of this years Eistnaflug. And in that article the organizer/s confirmed that they were in talks with Mayhem and they only needed to finish some little things in Norway, and further added that Mayhem may well be a strong possibility.

Yea they're pretty much a given to be there, I'm just waiting for the list to be official on Eistnaflug website......the Icelandic bands that I'm almost 100% certain that will be there, just from looking at the list, are Sólstafir, Severed Crotch, Gone Postal, Forgarður Helvítis, Momentum, HAM, Nevolution, Celestine and Mammút. I think those are given to be there. Mínus would be nice to have, Brain Police to, I hope Myra will appear they were a really good addition to the metal bands in 2007 at least, Fortíð would be nice but it's basically a one mans project, so unless dudes from the other bands are willing to fill in I think Fortíð is an unlikely option.
