The headliner for the 16th was announced today, Manowar, and the band that's famous for simply not being qualitative enough to open anything else but a Manowar concert, HolyHell.

This line-up started real great but this was terribly underwhelming.. Manowar and DeMaio's gargantuan ego visit Bucharest for the 3rd time in 4 years. I'm not gonna be here for this so fortunately that saves me the decision of either getting too drunk to care about Manowar's attitude anymore or just make like a poser and leave the hall festival area.
