France, Paris - Korpiklaani: European Tour

Great show!

The venue was sold out (400 people) and even though I stayed somewhere in the back, I enjoyed it a lot.
Kivimetsän Druidi were announced a few days before, replacing Svartsot but it didn't matter a lot to me since I don't know both bands. And Kivimetsän Druidi were awesome, they even had a great sound, something rare for opening bands these days. To be honest, I liked their music more than that of Korpiklaani. It's more varied and well, I had a great time.

Of course Korpiklaani's show was great too, the audience was really happy and so were the musicians. The only thing I can regret is the repetitiveness of the songs (to my ears only), but that's also what makes their music so enjoyable even when you don't know the band that much (which is my case).
