Finnish slow and heavy metal band, Saattue, has released an advance track from their forthcoming third album, Kärsimysnäytelmä. The new song is called "Turta" and is streaming below. While the Finns haven't released a new album since 2009's Vuoroveri, the details for their new record should be announced soon. How do you like the new song?

Doom/death metallers Saattue have posted the following brief announcement about writing material for an upcoming new album: "Writing material for the 3rd album - we are currently writing new songs. Some of them will be recorded in January 2013 - at first for promotional purposes. More news will follow!"

Finnish metallers Saattue have issued the following update on their MySpace blog:

"Saattue has a new drummer. M. Ahlstén decided to leave the group after being a member of Saattue for five years and being responsible for recording drums for both of the band's albums, Jäähyvästi (2006) and Vuoroveri (2009). The new drummer is S. Köykkä, formerly a member of Finnish funeral doom metal band Colosseum. Saattue gives a big thank you to Mikael and welcomes Sameli in."
