W.A.S.P. have just announced an extensive '1984 To Headless' tour across the North American lands. Main support on the road will come from KK's Priest. W.A.S.P. will play songs from the band's first four albums.

Before heading to Europe in the upcoming summer, L.A. metal legends W.A.S.P. will be embarking on a tour of Mexico and South America this coming April and May. The trek will see the band performing its 1984 self-titled debut album in its entirety.

In a recent interview with Meltdown of Detroit's WRIF radio station, W.A.S.P. frontman Blackie Lawless offered an update on the band's long-awaited follow-up to 2015's Golgotha, which will likely not be released before 2025 as progress on it has been slow, with Lawless himself citing recent and upcoming tour schedules and his back injury from last year as factors.

Legendary Hollywood rock machine W.A.S.P. announced The 7 Savage: 1984-1992 deluxe 8LP box set from its 'Capitol Years' (first 5 studio albums), with studio album half-speed mastering, LP of bonus tracks, 60-page book, posters and numbered certificate. The 7 Savage: 1984-1992 will be released Friday, October 27 on Madfish and is strictly limited to 2000 copies worldwide.

Because of the extensive back injuries suffered by Blackie Lawless during the European leg of the 40th Anniversary Tour, the W.A.S.P. 2023 U.S. Tour will be cancelled until Spring 2024. It has also been announced that tickets and VIP packages can be refunded at the point of purchase.

It's been almost seven years since W.A.S.P. (who had just recently announced a 40th anniversary world tour) released their most recent studio album of all-new original material Golgotha - not counting 2018's ReIdolized (The Soundtrack To The Crimson Idol), which was a re-recording of their classic 1992 album The Crimson Idol and featured some previously-unreleased tracks. Recently, however, frontman Blackie Lawless told Eddie Trunk that the band has been working on an album's worth of material.

Next year, June 6th 2022 marks the 40th anniversary of the legendary U.S. band W.A.S.P.. To celebrate the occasion, W.A.S.P. announce a special 40th Anniversary World Tour that kicks off in Milan, Italy on March 18, 2022. This first leg of dates will see the band hit Italy, Spain, Ireland, North Ireland, United Kingdom, Scotland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Romania and Bulgaria. Bob Kulick, the veteran guitarist and producer, who made his name performing with KISS, W.A.S.P., Meat Loaf, Doro and others, has sadly passed away at the age of 70. No cause of death has been revealed so far. The news was broken by his brother Bruce.
