Hailing from Québec, Canada, Demilichian death metallers Chthe'ilist have announced a limited edition 7" EP Passage Into The Xexanotth through Profound Lore. The title track was written before the Le Dernier Crépuscule recording. The second track will be a cover of cult Swedish death metal band Crematory's "Beneath The Crypts". The EP will be released next Friday, June 15th, limited to 500 physical copies and digital streaming.

Well, officially it gets released this Friday via Profound Lore but it is already streaming online and in full in advance. As previously reported here, Canadian death metallers Chthe'ilist are preparing the release of their debut album Le Dernier Crépuscule that will be out on January 29th, 2016 via Profound Lore Records (CD/digital). Now the band has recently revealed the album artwork (painted by Paolo Girardi) and also unleashed the first song taken from it. The new tune is called "Voidspawn". Chthe'ilist will be releasing their debut album next year, it has been announced. The Canadian death metallers will finally release a follow-up to their demo Amechth'ntaas'm'rriachth. Their debut full-length, Le Dernier Crépuscule, will be mixed by Greg Chandler of Esoteric in the coming weeks, and will be mastered by Brad Boatright at the end of the month. The release date, tracklist and painting by Paolo Girardi will be revealed later. The album will have about 50 minutes of music and will be released by Profound Lore Records (CD/digital), Dark Descent Records (vinyl) and Graceless Recordings (cassette).
