Damn be this album  I love it so much that it makes the next two works look dissapointing... Amazing work, the use of the various instruments and the still closeness to the crust punk albums makes this one very special. ''Souls At Zero'' is just a must!

With Neurosis you can't go wrong, this album is good but not as some of the following ones. I firmly recommend this band.

Damn... A lot of shit can happen in two years. What an album. Desperation is certainly a good way to describe the overall feeling of this album. Urgent as fuck.

My first introduction to Neurosis thanks to DeliciousDishes , pretty interesting stuff I love that they use a lot of different instruments like piano , violin and the flute. it's not that heavy as I expected ( like compare it to Nails now that's CRUSHINGLY heavy) I liked the title track and Stripped the most , it's not very riff driven like for example stoner doom which "the riff" is the most important thing but there are still some very cool riffs .... and The Web's intro riff is almost a Gojira riff , so that's another plus for me going to listen to their next albums soon
