Gorguts - Streaming Entire New Album

Stop what you are doing because Gorguts are streaming their new album Colored Sands in its entirety at this location or below. After many years, Gorguts' new tech death metal offering is finally upon us. All you have to do is take it in.

Officially, the album comes out on September 3rd in North America and August 30th in the rest of the world under Season Of Mist.

A personal message from Luc Lemay: "It's with great joy that I share this music with all of you today. This record was a labour of love, and no details were left neglected. Writing the music for this record has brought back the flame in me to enjoy the process of crafting a death metal song. Writing the music for this record also brought to me a gift of friendship by working with Colin, Kevin and John..."

"It's a very important moment for me, I've been waiting for this day for a long, long time... and it's finally here! Dear fans, I can never thank each of you enough for your support with the little messages sent to us through the modern media. Please, grab your headphones; close your eyes... and crank the volume up! Come with us, through the magic of compositions... sound painting, I like to call it... we'll make a trip to Tibet to witness magnificent beauties... as well as a dramatic fate. Sincerely, Luc Lemay."

Terribly muffled sound. It annoys me.

I have the same feeling like when I listened to From Mars To Sirius from the first time. Fresh sounding riffs!

Kick Ass, Die Young

Less is More
Stay Pure
Stay Poor

Music was my life, music brought me to life and music is how I will be remembered long after I leave this life. When I die there will be a final waltz in my head that only I can hear.

Haha, that's like saying "compose your own Metal album and upload it here, instead of writing a review of an album".

It sounds good enough.

Considering that i never dig their early records, Colored Sands is pretty good record. Fans of this band might bash me for their technicalities but still it's not a bad record to give it spins.
