That would be a real shame, because according to your album votes, you're downright obsessed with Babymetal. After all, you've already listened to 30 releases from the band intensively, only to rate each one 1/10.
Who will continue this highly honorable tradition if you no longer do it?

Quite a bland justification.

Actually, maybe if I make my expectations ridiculously low, if I do give it a chance, I won't hate it as much

This is better than new Machine Head.

I listened to their first four albums carefully and gave them scores accordingly. They are neither 10 nor 1. Well, I firmly believe that all music has its value, at least a little.

I came to really enjoy Ratatata, so it felt worth giving this a go. These kinds of multi-collab releases can be variable in quality, depending on how fitting the collabs are (Health tend to usually hit the mark with their picks). For this album, Ratatata is clearly the best song, with Electric Callboy a very natural companion; the Poppy and Polyphia songs are OK but not really close. On the flip side, the Bloodywood collab here sounds as incongruous as the one on Bloodywood's album, while the Slaughter To Prevail one really flops for me. The standalone tracks are alright (the closer is a fun power metal romp), but overall it would be a tricky album to sit all the way through again due to the unevenness.

If they just gave us an entire album of songs like White Flame, I would be totally on board.
Instead, this wasn't bad for the most part, and when it was it typically was Bloodywood or Slaughter to Prevail's fault. I actually really liked the Polyphia and Tom Morello feature songs, Spiritbox and Poppy also worked fine with their sound.

After two kinda bland releases, this one works for me. Probably on account of all the guests who provide lot of variation, as well as the album being rather short. Bloodywood/Babymetal is the ultimate trash-genre collab, guilty pleasure forever.

They were kinda entertaining on the first two, but this isn’t even that enjoyable in a fun way like those were. Just bad,

Seeing their album list full of 6.(), I have to say that the quality of their works is quite stable.
A cute little album that's quite interesting.

Never been a fan of the band myself, but admittedly I do enjoy some stuff they've done, to a degree. I think I prefer their previous release to this one though, I can tolerate some of their own songs here ("Sunset Kiss" and "Algorism" I've probably taken to most), but some of the collaborations they've done just don't do anything for me at all. The songs with "Electric Callboy" and "Bloodywood" I personally find atrocious.

Loved the song kawaii and the slaughter to prevail collab. Was expecting the album to be a bit more catchy and experimental.
