I'd like to know where you read that. I can't see that happening. We've always worked with miles, not kilometres - it would just cause too much confusion for no real reason at all.

Exactly... loads of admin cost would be involved... it's not as if the gov has too much to spare anyway these days

For foreign drivers? We don't have to do anything for foreign drivers! If they want to come and drive over here then they learn our system, just like if we want to drive elsewhere we have to adapt to theirs. You don't see the EU making any change for us when we drive over to France or wherever...

What a load of rubbish. Such a waste of money.

Well My friend have UK car and all spidometr is in miles but under there also KM, if all in UK are cin miles and you drive whit UK car its be fucked up change thinking because drivers who drive 30 years do all automaticly , forener drivers if go to own car well, can be fucked up lil whit miles but its not so tragic , you always can ask to cop or something, Im against it to wvewn I dont live in UK

I didn't watch it, but got fed up hearing about people protesting against him being given time on tv. Whatever happened to freedom of speech? I might not agree with everything he says, but he has the right to express his views just as much as the next person.

Exactly. It doesn't surprise me that he is putting in a complaint about the BBC, because that Question Time really was unfair. It was a complete set up.

No worries. btw, it's not just a Britain issue, I heard that also in the Nederlands downloading will be illegal soon.

I have qusten to english(only english this time) people:

Do you always understand what schotisch people try to say, I mean I saw Falkirk vs Celtic and after game interwiew 2 players who was scots talked thet I didnt understand anything what they try to say

I understand maybe 90% of english and aybe 60% scotisch english, but how about you, sinc they speek english even whit dialect

Well we're used to it. I can pretty much always understand Scottish and Welsh people, but that doesn't mean it isn't a little more challenging to understand than usual.

Sorry , I don't live in that area , so I can't tell you anything about it.

Metal Storm is partners with a woman there who puts on metal shows. I should be going there some time in the future for a night out probably.
Never been there yet though, although I do know a couple of people there.

I was told yesterday that Leicester isn't a nice place, and there's a lot of foreign people there.

I was told yesterday that Leicester isn't a nice place, and there's a lot of foreign people there.

A lot of the Leicester's countryside is really nice, but you are right, in the city centre you can play "spot the white man" for hours. Its a very threatening place for non middle eastern people. I know this is not a very PC thing to say but this is happening to a lot of the outskirts of British city centres. There was a march in Nottingham over the weekend as certain areas are now no-go zones, where white people are driven out.

Yes, I was told that a lot of the public signs in Leicester are also in some other language. And that just sickens me. I don't have any agenda against non-English people, but what I do not like is when they come to our country and try and force their language, and their culture onto us. We don't want any mosques or signs we can't read. I want to be able to think it's amusing when I see someone wearing a bed sheet over their head without feeling like I've done something horribly wrong. This is England, and we need to stick up for our own culture instead of letting others force theirs on us. This is just something that strikes a nerve with me.

I saw UK Border Force TV series how UK Border Force works, damn I dont understand why people cant be send beck home whit his pasport?
Many ha sno pasport and seems guys do all to elegaly from Calais go to UK,
UK ok might be paradise, but whit no education, whit no skils, simple jobs for 50 pounds per day , no thank's , IMO if you dont know much about work and have no skills to do job , its not good idea at all go to UK, and whatever

Well, people say England is a Christian country, and that Christianity is part of our culture - but of course that religion originated in the Middle East too. Throughout history, England has incorporated other cultures and religions.
