You have Tildes dictionary? Or maybe even without it... There, on your taskbar should be button with two letters - LV. By clicking on that button (right click) appears five options, so take a look on "Settings". There you can choose any language you want and change it. I hope this will help because I have no idea if you're having Tilde or not, heh.

In Sweden we have such thinks , but in Lv we click to ~ to get ?, ē, , ū, ā, ģ, , ķ , ļ, ?. č, ņ

Nooooh, we use ' to get those things. Some people are using Alt as well. Some of them writes "o" as "ō" as well. Now that's stupid 'cause we don't have a letter like that.

Spanish is a lot easier when it comes to that. the most common we use is ´ on top of vowels to indicate the accent on the word goes there on that letter. for example " así ". not using it in many cases not only is written wrongly but can also change the meaning of the word. and the ¨ is used very rarely

Actually those letters are simple. Troubles begin when I try to explain how to pronounce my word. No one knows how to spell "a" or "c".

?migā? Ya' know, tomorrow I'll be (in) ?migā. That is, I'll be terribly drunk.
