Why was Vermiform Activated without a proper band image?

I suppose for the same reason as Weakling, although I've never been a fan of activated profiles that don't have a band photo.

This is one of those grey areas - we want to feature as many profiles as possible, and if the only thing holding a profile back from visibility is a band pic, then we just upload the logo and feature it.

Of course, if you think this is a legitimate problem and want to discuss it, feel free to message Azoic.

At the end of the day I think we're just happy to see someone who makes them visible with efficiency. As the former database chief I really didn't concern myself too much with invisible bands - I put more focus into the already visible ones.

In any case, if you see other completed profiles that only have the band logo due to a lack of promo shots on the band's behalf, you can submit them for activation.

Please fix this:
Mordab (http://metalstorm.net/bands/band.php?band_id=3524), the style should be "Progressive Death Metal"

And album Room No.X (http://metalstorm.net/bands/album.php?album_id=51920&band_id=3524&bandname=Mordab), it has 11 tracks but 22 lyrics. Same lyrics are written twice.

Fixed the genre - will PM one of the programmer's in regards to the lyrics, since we've had this problem before (lyrics posted twice but when you try to edit them they only appear once).

It translates to New German Hardness, which is essentially means electronic dance music with industrial metal elements. Other bands like Oomph! and Megaherz also fit into this style.

The live album Band Of Gypsys (http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/album.php?album_id=59776&band_id=6351&bandname=The+Jimi+Hendrix+Experience) isn't actually from the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Band Of Gypsys was the band Hendrix had formed after the break up of the Experience to fufill a contractual obligation with music producer Ed Chaplin (the contract was actually made in 65). The album had to contain new material and could not be associated with the Experience name.

I've never heard of him before, only spotted this in the birthday (Actually his deathday) list, but there seems to be 2 Fred Duval's. Could they be merged, please?

Not sure who took care of this, but someone fixed it. (Most likely Azoic or Promonex.)

There's 2 a Mikkey Dee and a Mikkey D. They're different people but there profiles have a mix up. It was Dee (http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/bandmember.php?member_id=709) who played in Pain in 2007, not D (http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/bandmember.php?member_id=9040). But D was the tour bassist for Dokken, while Dee was a drummer for Don Dokken, in case you get confused like I did. Also, could someone remove the unclickable Dokken and Motorhead bits from Dee's profile. Thanks.

Hey just wanted to point out that Dark Tranquillity's genre just says Gothenburg, and it's missing the tag Melodic Death.

Idk, it just seems like they're one of the biggest bands in the Melo-Death genre and should at least have that as well as Gothenburg. "Gothenburg Metal" doesn't seem like a very descriptive genre name but I guess people think it is so if there's nothing I can do about it, then so be it.

Personally I agree with your opinion, that they're a melodic death metal band and that Gothenburg metal doesn't really do well in describing a sound. The only reason I wouldn't change it myself is because this site tends to operate a little different in terms of melodic death vs. Gothenburg.

It's fine though, doesn't really matter I guess. Still a sick band, one of my favs. Wish they would come to Seattle again.

Dominanz should have styles ,,industrial metal" and ,,black metal"

Budgie have one album added two times, as a studio cd and compilation. Alum name is The Last Stage and it's compilation, so studio cd need to be deleted. Can you do this?

Deleted the studio CD.

Bands Holocaust, Elixir and A II Z have such a repulsive styles. I edited that bands and put the right style but someone corrected them to NWOBHM and when you click to that style (and on the page is a lot of NWOBHM bands) it show only that three. So can you change styles to New Wave Of British heavy metal like it was on al NWOBHM bands.
