Metsatöll's debut album was a raw and ugly piece of music. But It was, in all it's dreadfulness, and despite the horrible sound a truly and utterly captivating album. Metsatöll has come a long way since then - they've improved their sound, enriched it with a wide array of traditional instruments and have become one of the most commercially successful Estonian metal acts. I have been to a Metsatöll's Live gig in Bologna together Ensiferum and Tracedawn, and it were splendid how the band sounding live. I love the band and I talked too much with them.

For me this record worked better than previous ones. I have seen them play these songs live many times (like 7 times or something). Hello Estonian friends from Finland!
