Anybody watching Paris-Dakar(or should I say Buenos Aires- Chile-Bolivia-Rosario-Buenos Aires) rally? I like when they start organize it in S America as traditional ... Paris-Dakar
I don't see it come back in Europe in next 20 years ... S America, even N America, Ausie has great places to offer even Chinese deserts and safty in China is 100%

Yes it's a great event, always interesting and the time of the year they've chosen for it is great imho because there is basically no other motorsport in january and february. To be honest i don't care much about the venue but the name says Paris-Dakar....so.....yeah...

Yeah i agree mostly (though there's one more test-this thursday to sunday), just think that we won't see any more variety in terms of race winners...maybe even less than last year, haha. I really don't see anyone challenging the mercs, as their dominance is more than obvious in the tests so far (even though the time sheets don't suggest it at first look), because they have been running with a 100% full tank and prime tyres and working on reliability and fine tuning such as how to get the new tyres in the optimal operating temperature range etc...

Ladies and gentlemen, here we have a nice example of what i was talking about...the time sheets so far, after day 2 of the final test in barcelona



just to clarify for those who don't know: soft tyres=prime compound on this track, super-soft=option (and the options should theoretically be around a second to one and a half seconds a lap quicker than the primes...)

and i'll just leave another quote here "Red Bull boss Christian Horner to SSNHQ's Rachel Brookes: "Looking at that Mercedes time is a little depressing. Hopefully they're not running around with 80 kilos of fuel to do that."

yeah....i don't think this season will be very exciting or unpredictable

F1 GP in Australia has been canceled

F1's curtain-raiser in Australia this weekend was postponed after a team member of McLaren contracted the coronavirus. Next month's Chinese Grand Prix had already been postponed and now races in Bahrain and Vietnam have also been called off.

Got back into motorsports thanks to need to stay home with my kid and cable package having both F1 and MotoGP.

To be honest MotoGP was more fun last couple of years.

Man MotoGP this year is a blast! I enjoy this competition far more than another motorsport!
